The platform

One platform for every sport you run.

Most sports businesses don't start with one venue and stay there. A gym adds a turf. An academy adds a pool. ArenaPilot is built so that growth costs you a module, not a migration.

Why one platform

Four tools that don't talk cost more than one that does.

Fragmented tooling doesn't announce itself as a problem. It shows up as reconciliation hours, missed renewals and a revenue number nobody fully trusts.

01

The stack tax is real

Most multi-sport facilities run a gym tool, a booking tool, a spreadsheet for dues and WhatsApp for everything else. Each tool is defensible on its own. Together they cost more than the software, because they cost the hours spent reconciling them.

02

Members don't respect your tooling

The same family takes swimming lessons, books a court and holds a gym membership. Four systems means four records, four renewal dates and four chances to let them lapse quietly.

03

Point tools can't see the whole business

A booking system knows about slots. A gym CRM knows about memberships. Neither can tell you which revenue line actually pays your rent. A platform can.

04

Switching costs compound

Every year on fragmented tooling is another year of data you can't migrate cleanly. The cheapest time to consolidate is before the next system gets added.

How it's built

Shared foundations, not shared branding.

Plenty of vendors call a bundle of separate apps a platform. The difference shows up the first time you need one member record to span two venues.

One member, every venue

A member who lifts on Tuesday and books a court on Sunday is one person, not two records. Shared identity across products means one profile, one payment history, one renewal date.

One ledger, one truth

Collections from the gym, the turf and the academy roll into a single revenue ledger with an immutable audit trail, so the month-end number reconciles without a spreadsheet.

Built once, reused everywhere

Payments, dues, reminders, invoicing and role-based access are platform services. Every new sport inherits them fully formed instead of reimplementing them badly.

Add a sport, not a system

Launching pickleball courts next to your gym shouldn't mean a second vendor, a second login and a second invoice. It should mean switching on a module.

Isolation by default

Every facility's data is hard-partitioned. Access is decided by signed claims on each request, not by a filter someone might forget to apply.

Analytics that compare

Because every product writes to the same schema, you can compare retention at the academy against the gym without exporting anything.

Roadmap

Where the platform goes next.

Order is driven by the facilities in Early Access, so the sports our first customers actually run get built first.

  1. Available now

    Gym CRM

Member CRM, plans, payments and dues, renewal automation, self sign-up links, GST invoicing, revenue analytics, multi-branch and role-based access. In production with Early Access facilities today.

  2. Next

    Turf CRM & slot booking

Hourly and half-hourly slot inventory, recurring team bookings, advance collection, cancellation windows and no-show tracking, sharing the same members, payments and ledger as Gym CRM.

  3. Following

    Sports Academy CRM

Batch rosters, coach allocation and payroll inputs, attendance against batches, term-based fee cycles and a parent-facing communication surface.

  4. Then

    Swimming, Fitness & Multi-Sports

Lane and level management for pools, class-pack credits for boutique studios, and a consolidated control room for complexes running several sports under one roof.

  5. Throughout

    Platform services deepen

WhatsApp automation, AI-assisted retention insights, advanced reporting and a public API, built once at the platform layer so every product gains them at the same time.

Beyond the core six

Built to cover the sports you actually run.

The platform's member, payment and scheduling primitives are sport-agnostic on purpose. These are the venues we're explicitly designing toward.

  • Cricket Academies
  • Football Academies
  • Badminton Clubs
  • Tennis Clubs
  • Skating Rinks
  • Pickleball Courts
FAQ

Platform
questions.

Wondering how it maps to your specific venue mix? Ask us directly, we’ll tell you if it isn’t a fit yet.

One platform with product modules on top. Members, payments, dues, invoicing, notifications, roles and analytics are shared platform services. Gym CRM, Turf CRM and the rest are surfaces built on them. That's why a member, a payment or a report means the same thing regardless of which sport it came from.

Gym CRM is live and running real facilities through our Early Access program. Turf CRM and Sports Academy CRM are next on the roadmap, followed by Swimming, Fitness and Multi-Sports. We list what's shipped and what isn't rather than selling roadmap as if it were available.

No. Additional products activate on the same account, against the same member and payment data. Adding turf booking later doesn't mean a migration, a re-import or a second login. Your existing history stays exactly where it is.

If the membership side is your bottleneck, yes. Gym CRM already handles members, plans, dues and renewals across branches. Slot-based booking for courts and turfs arrives with Turf CRM. Talk to us about your setup and we'll tell you honestly whether today's product fits.

That's the point of Early Access. The roadmap order is driven by the facilities using it, so the sports our first customers actually run get built first.
